Here is an update from Thursday, September 27th:
He has been taken off the ventilator and breathing on his own however they are continually warning us that he will probably be returned to the vent at some point as he hasn't learned yet to breathe deeply.
All his lab work so far is coming back great and he had a heart echo done today where it showed a PDA (can't remember the technical term) valve that is open that if it does not close empties fluid into the lungs. At this time they're going to try a medication to correct it however if that doesn't work he will have to have surgery at a later date.
He will have a brain CT scan done on October 1 as it will let them know if there is any bleeding in the brain as that's a very real possibility with this little guy being 11 weeks early.
Anyways prayers, prayers, prayers. He's improving every day and doing great. The prayers are working. Lindsay let us know Sunday that his heart is completely healed!!!!! The brain CT is sometime today (they don't schedule those just work them in) so they should know results hopefully tomorrow.
He is eating with a feeding tube and doing great!!
Keep praying and we'll keep updating! We'll also let you know when they get their blog set up!!

I have prayed and wondered and him. He and Travis and Lindsay are on the prayer list at CCC. Thanks for the update!!
Mike and I have been praying for them since we first saw it on the blog. Please let them know we're thinking about them.
Tennyson is precious. Please let Travis & Lindsay know they are in our prayers - constantlly. And please let us know if there is anything else we can do from up here in St. Joe.
