After a long enough stay at the hospital, Mom & Javan were ready to head home. Ruthy & Moriah went to church with Grandma & Grandpa Bond and were able to report their new brother to their classes. Ruthy's teacher said she was so excited to tell everyone about her little brother.
On the way home from the hospital, a pit stop was made at Wal-Mart for a few essentials before heading home. When Ruthy was born, she had this same introduction to the retail super giant on her way home from the hospital.
We came home to a wonderful supper that Grandma & Grandpa Bond, Aunt Bonita, & Ruthy had made. Ruthy's major contribution was to the mock cherry cheese cake. She repeated every step of what they did to make our dessert. It was wonderful!
Monday morning, the Bond Grandparents and Aunt Bonita headed for home. Javan had to go to his doctor's office to have a weight and color check. We came home after some lunch and everyone took naps knowing that the Humphrey Grandparents would be arriving soon. They did arrive just after naps and were excited to see their first grandson. They will be staying the week to help out and enjoy some family time.
