We're back

Ruthy started feeling better Sunday morning and the antibiotics really kicked in. Thank you to everyone who prayed for her speedy recovery and the well wishes.

Monday we woke up and went to Gma & Gpa Bonds. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed ourselves. Ruthy and Moriah enjoyed opening presents, frosting cookies, reading books and playing.

We left for Gma & Gpa Humphreys on Tuesday afternoon. Mark drove his truck so he could come back home while we stayed in IL. So, the kids and I followed in the van. It was a good trip. The girls were so excited to see Gma & Gpa, Uncle Mike & Aunt Meri, Uncle John & Aunt Sarah and of course cousins Hannah & Allison. We all had a great time visiting, playing and spending time together.

Mark left on Thursday night to head back to Joplin while the kids and I stayed in IL. We enjoyed playing and the girls were able to "help" (by standing at a distance) feed the bottle calf, Choc, and the big cow, Chipper. We all enjoyed spending quality time together.

We came back to Joplin on Friday to meet up with Mark. It's good to be home and settling back into our routine.

We enjoyed supper with Travis, Lindsay and Josh the last two nights and it's been fun being together with our friends.
