Playday

Today we woke up and went to church for Playgroup. We get together once a month (but haven't done so since October). We used the church's jump house and had six other center areas for kids to do activities at. We had between 20-25 kids there today. It was fun but also a bit chaotic at times. Ruthy and Moriah both had a good time and enjoyed jumping in the jump house. I ended up running the jump house so I didn't get to do any of the activities with the girls which was very unfortunate. We got home about 12:30 and after lunch we were all ready for naps. We played downstairs and made supper then we went to Baskin Robbins for dessert. Ruthy enjoyed bubble gum ice cream and Moriah had chocolate chip.

Today at 1:30 was a state-wide tornado drill. It went off just as we laid down for naps. It disrupted nap time, but I was excited to know that Ruthy knew what to do if she heard the siren. It took awhile to convince her that it was a test, but she knew to go down to the red bathroom.
