The fax machine and cell phone were printing and buzzing all day Thursday and Friday. The madness all started last Monday when a couple returned to see our home for a second time. We got a call that night that they were putting together an offer for our review. After a couple of days of counters and negotiating, we were able to finalize the contract for our home. God worked everything out perfectly for us to close on Thursday, June 15.
The next hurdle was getting our contract to be accepted down in Oronogo. We had placed an offer on this home once before, however it was rejected as we had a house for sale and they didn't want that contengency. We put in a different offer, and this time, it was accepted on the close date of June 15!!! God worked it out perfectly!Take a visual tour of our home by clicking here.
