We appreciate everyone's prayers for our house to sell so we can buy. We've had a lot of lookers and about a half-dozen interested, however we don't have any offers or contracts yet. The house we liked (#1) in Oronogo (as seen on right) we put an offer on. They counter-offered definitely in their favor and won't accept our offer with a contigency of our house selling. So, we're going to wait and hope no one else places an offer on it until our house has sold.
Today we made May Day flower pictures for our neighbors. We cut apart egg cartons and painted them. Then, glued them onto paper and made paper stems. It was fun and Moriah enjoyed helping too.
Then tonight we worked in the yard for awhile. We planted some grass seed while the soil is wet. It was a nice night. Elliott mowed our yard this afternoon so there were grass clippings in the yard. Ruthy got tired of waiting for Dad to finish with the rake and went down to the garage and grabbed a broom. She then brought it up to the front yard and started sweeping the grass. It was cute.
